Privacy Policy

Quacha (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the Quacha mobile application handles information when you capture, edit, organize, and export media or use Quacha Pro.
1. Photos, videos, and audio
Quacha uses the camera and microphone only after you grant permission and only to provide capture features. Photos, videos, edits, thumbnails, and the private in-app library are processed and stored on your device. Quacha accesses items from Photos only when you choose to import them and writes items to Photos only when you choose to export them.
We do not upload the content of your photos, videos, or audio to our servers.
2. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment-card details. To validate purchases and provide Quacha Pro access, Quacha may process signed transaction information, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, the App Store environment, and an app account token. We use this information only to verify purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide support.
3. Technical records
Our service infrastructure may process limited technical records, such as request timestamps, request identifiers, network address, response status, app version, and security events, for reliability, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting. We retain these records only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or to comply with law.
4. Tracking and advertising
Quacha does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies and does not serve behaviorally targeted advertising.
5. Sharing
We may share limited information with Apple for App Store and purchase functionality, with service providers needed to operate Quacha under confidentiality and security obligations, when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
On-device media remains until you delete it, uninstall Quacha, or remove it through device storage controls. Purchase and security records are retained only as needed to provide entitlements, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. To request access to or deletion of server-held information, email us and provide enough information to locate the relevant record.
7. Children
Quacha is not directed to children below the age required for independent consent in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the updated policy here, change the effective date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
